We bring to your attention the only edition of the Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) professionally translated into Ukrainian to date. This agreement is adopted as a basis for Ukrainian domestic legislation in accordance with the laws "On Ukraine's Accession to the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADCAR)" and "On the Transportation of Dangerous Goods".
Provisions of DOPNV are also mandatory for international transportation of dangerous goods by road through the territories of 52 states.
In 2021, periodic changes were made to the DOPNV, namely:
in the entire text of the agreement, instead of the abbreviation KSHMG, the abbreviation KSM was introduced;
new requirements for the registration of a transport document for dangerous goods have been introduced;
in the written instructions, the header in the table on the 2nd and 3rd pages has changed: the term "Information board" has been replaced by the term "Large danger sign";
new requirements for soft containers for bulk cargo (BK3) were introduced;
the order of classification of products containing dangerous goods has been changed;
section 2.2.8, which concerns the classification of corrosive substances (class 8), has been revised.
For ease of use, all changes are highlighted in the Ukrainian edition of the Supplemental Act.
The structure of DOPNV remained preliminary.
